Side mixer blender can be used in all kinds of tanks and containers for material mixing and stirring. Side mixer blender should show horizontal or oblique loading type to install access in tanks or container. The device can be applied to food, dairy products, wine, and all kinds of technology of chemical industry and storage tanks, suitable for low concentration of liquid.
The standard design
Side mixer blender is equipped with a standard motor, agitator shaft is directly connected to the motor shaft. Between the motor and welding flange has a bracket and a front baffle. Welding flanges are designed to facilitate the blender welded to the tank. Joint between the blade and spindle assembly has a o-rings. Its role is to provide health type seal. Shaft seal is assembly in the side of the contact materials, and can be replaced as a whole element. Propeller mixing blade shaft for quality 304/316 l manufacturing, and via the connecting shaft and motor shaft core it together. Assembly process before shipment, even the axis machine has to be debugging to the right place. Propeller stirring leaf for 3 styles, have been through static balance and dynamic balance test.
